'God' Rajinikanth's Surprise Visit to Kangana Ranaut's Film Set in Chennai Leaves Her Starstruck, R Madhavan Calls It a 'Phenomenal Beginning

The National Award-winning actors Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan, who captivated audiences with their enchanting chemistry in the Tanu Weds Manu films, have reunited for a psychological thriller. Kangana took to social media to share pictures with Thalaivar, writing: "On our first day of the shoot, God of Indian cinema Thalaivar himself thrilled us with a surprise visit on our set. What a lovely day!! Missing Maddy as he joins us soon."

Madhavan shared Kangana's post on X (formerly Twitter), writing: "Wowowowowoeow what a BLESSINGSSSS.. gods grace 🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏 Phenomenal Beginning. Thank you sir @rajinikanth .. your wishes and blessing mean the world to us . ❤️❤️🙏🙏" Earlier in the day, Kangana announced that their film officially began shooting on Saturday. "Today in Chennai we started filming our new film, a psychological thriller. Other details coming soon. For now, need all your support and blessings for this very unusual and exciting script 🙏" She also expressed her gratitude to Vijay, saying, "Dear Vijay sir after the incredible experience of Thalaivii, happy to be basking in your glory again. I love to be your team and take your commands. Thank you sir." The untitled film's music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar, with Nirav Shah serving as its Director of Photography (DOP). The Hindi-Tamil bilingual film is aiming for a pan-India release and is jointly produced by Trident Arts and Ahimsa Entertainment. In addition to this project, Kangana will be seen in the upcoming period drama Emergency, which also marks her first solo directorial film. Madhavan, on the other hand, will be next seen in Kalpesh Garg’s delayed film Amriki Pandit.
